Jessie started working with Random Alignment as a producer and recording bassist for the “Temporary Relief” demo album. Shortly after, he was asked to join as a full member. Having been in multiple bands throughout the late 90s and early 2000s, Random Alignment is the perfect blend of his alternative, grunge, and hard rock influences. After spending many years away from music for career and family, his return to music was sparked by a strong desire to once again create original rock music.
Joel Gouker

Joel has been with Random Alignment from the start having written and released a demo album "Temporary Relief" in 2020. Growing up with a deep appreciation for 90s alternative rock and modern rock influences, Joel combines infectious melodies, heartfelt lyrics, and dynamic guitar work. His music is a reflection of his introspective nature and the raw emotions that resonate with listeners.
Steve Baughman
Drummer
Steve has played drums for over 25 years and incorporated a diversity of genres into his style, such as 90s Punk Rock, Grunge Rock, Hard Rock, Pop Rock, Nu Metal, Post-Grunge, Gothic Alternative Metal, Metalcore, Groove Metal, Progressive Rock, and Progressive Metal. He has been most influenced by iconic drummers like Travis Barker, Tre Cool, Taylor Hawkins, Neil Peart, and Mike Portnoy. Creating music with like-minded musicians allows Steve to apply a unique blend of these styles like a painter arranges and mixes paints, especially since Random Alignment fluctuates around the musical genre palette between many songs.
